Twenty years ago, Sound Lounge was born out of a desire to create something that did not exist in the audio post-production community. Tom Jucarone, Peter Holcomb and Marshall Grupp imagined an artist-owned studio that put a premium on excellence in everything related to sound, but with a laid-back, friendly vibe.
Sound Lounge helped capture the horror of gun violence for the video The Most Vicious Cycle produced by the student organization March for Our Lives and New York ad agency McCann.
STORY’s David Orr and agency Cramer-Krasselt put a pair of windshield wipers to the ultimate test in an ingenious new spot for Rain-X. In the ad, a pair of Rain-X Silicone AdvantEdge wiper blades are first encased in huge blocks of ice and then thawed with powerful gas flames.
Food marketing specialist Delicious Contents has joined forces with leading tabletop production company SCHROM to provide agencies and brands with “wickedly smart, mouthwatering food content” at a “ridiculously lower cost.”
Eli Green of A Common Thread has directed a new campaign for RaceTrac with Austin agency R/GA that rewrites the playbook for convenience store advertising in a very funny way. The series of :30, :15 and :06 second spots star actor Leland L. Jones as a tough-as-nails coach who teaches consumers how to win in RaceTrac’s new Wintastic Rewards program.
Continuing to extend its reach to markets across the country, Sound Lounge has partnered with Atlanta’s Mad Hat Creative to bring Sound Lounge Everywhere™ to the Southeast. The remote collaboration service will allow advertising, broadcast and corporate clients in Atlanta and neighboring states to work with Sound Lounge sound editors, designers and mixers in New York in real-time and share high-quality audio and video.
